We’ve celebrated huge milestones with many of you this year—from 11-year guests who’ve trusted Mot through every season of their hair journey to first-time visitors walking through our doors with equal parts courage and hope. Whether you’re navigating hair loss, treating yourself to a transformation, or protecting the hair you love, we’re grateful for every story shared in our chairs.
Thankful for Evolution, The Garnish Way
This year brought some incredible growth behind the scenes. We expanded our education—both internally and externally—doubling down on our mission to help women everywhere feel confident and informed about their hair loss solutions.
Our Confidence with Crowns training, stylist intensives, and technique deep-dives helped elevate the artistry happening at the G Spot every single day. Meanwhile, Mot and Amber took their teaching on the road (and to the sea), collaborating with stylists and salons across the industry to raise the bar on hair loss services everywhere.
We evolved our offerings, refined consultations, and continued pushing the boundary between luxury and compassion. And we’re not slowing down—because every woman deserves options, information, and a team she can trust.
Thankful for Community Near and Far
A major highlight this year was expanding our global network. We launched new connections within the hair loss community, including our partnership with Hair Loss Rehab Ireland, joining forces with specialists who share our dedication to innovation and care.
Closer to home, our Garnish Collective has grown stronger than ever. We’ve added some true all stars in roles behind the scenes, at the front desk, and beside and behind the chair. Every member of our team brings something special to the studio. Their talent, creativity, and unwavering heart make Garnish not just a luxury salon but a sanctuary.
Thankful for the Transformations (Big and Small)
We’ll never get tired of the moment when a guest sees herself in the mirror and lights up. From mesh integrations and custom crowns to seasonal glow-ups and precision maintenance, each transformation is its own little miracle.
